This beautiful 18k white gold pendant features a sapphire surrounded by 34 round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds total approximately .15ct and the sapphire totals approximately 1.15ct. 

Necklace is adjustable in length from 16" or 17". Pendant measures 3/8" in height and length.
